SUMATRA
Sumatra is one of the Sunda Islands of western Indonesia. It is the largest island that is fully within Indonesian territory, as well as the sixth-largest island in the world at 473,481 km2 (182,812 mi.2), not including adjacent islands such as the Simeulue, Nias, Mentawai, Enggano, Riau Islands, Bangka Belitung and Krakatoa archipelago.
Sumatra coffee is one of the most delicate and complex coffee varieties in the world. Most Sources are dry-processed, but mostly semi-washed. Kind of sumatera coffee that we can supply:

Java is one of the Greater Sunda Islands in Indonesia. It is bordered by the Indian Ocean to the south and the Java Sea to the north. With a population of 151.6 million people, Java is the world’s most populous island, home to approximately 56% of the Indonesian population.
Indonesia’s capital city, Jakarta, is on Java’s northwestern coast. Many of the best known events in Indonesian history took place on Java. It was the centre of powerful Hindu-Buddhist empires, the Islamic sultanates, and the core of the colonial Dutch East Indies. Java was also the center of the Indonesian struggle for independence during the 1930s and 1940s.
Java coffee is coffee that comes from the island of Java in Indonesia. This coffee is so famous that the Javanese name has become the identity name for coffee. Indonesian Javanese coffee does not have the same shape as coffee from Sumatra and Sulawesi, the taste is also not as rich as coffee from Sumatra or Sulawesi because most Java coffee is processed wet.
Even so, some Javanese coffees give off a distinct, subtle aroma of spices. Java coffee has low acidity combined with soil conditions, air temperature, weather, and air humidity.

BALI
Bali is a province of Indonesia and the westernmost of the Lesser Sunda Islands. The upland town of Ubud in Greater Denpasar is considered Bali’s cultural centre. The province is Indonesia’s main tourist destination, with a significant rise in tourism since the 1980s. Tourism-related business makes up 80% of its economy. Bali is the only Hindu-majority province in Indonesia, with 86.9% of the population adhering to Balinese Hinduism.
The Bali Kintamani coffee is made from arabic coffee plants planted on high Kintamani, exactly in the village of Kintamani, Bangli Regency, Bali Province, with a height of over 900 mdpl. Coffee trees are planted under canopy trees and mixed with other plants and managed and given organic fruit. This coffee has a special taste, namely the scent of citrus with a low degree of admiration, so much requested by the International consumer.

SULAWESI
Sulawesi is an island in Indonesia. One of the four Greater Sunda Islands, and the world’s eleventh-largest island, covering an area of 180,680.7 km2 (69,761 sq mi). The central part of the island is ruggedly mountainous, such that the island’s peninsulas have traditionally been remote from each other, with better connections by sea than by road.
Sulawesi coffees are clean and sound in the cup. They generally display nutty or warm spice notes, like cinnamon or cardamom. Hints of black pepper are sometimes found. Their sweetness, as with most Indonesian coffees, is closely related to the body of the coffee. The after-taste coats the palate on the finish and is smooth and soft.
